Our Story

We have been working in the specialty coffee industry for a while. With the belief of transforming the Colombian coffee industry into a more sustainable and fair one, we decided to take the next step: social and environmental innovation. We wanted to seize the waste of coffee production to create a new product that would help us give customers more value, improve our brand, and increase our impact on the coffee farms, but also disrupt the Colombian market and traditional habits. After prototyping, testing, and iterating with the coffee cherries, parchment, beans, and cocoa butter, hand by hand with experts' help, we developed the perfect original recipe for a coffee bar. We created Eat Coffee Co: a new way of consuming coffee, an effortless, on-the-go energy bar made with natural, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients, a snack that will benefit your body and mind. Eat Coffe Co is living with purpose and good vibes. It is a group of friends enjoying life, dreaming big, and trying to create a better world for all.
